AARP will offer motorists a driving refresher course this weekend.
AARP’s Mature Safe Driving Program is the nation’s first and largest classroom-based driver refresher course specially designed for drivers age 50 and older.
The course will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
AARP trainers will instruct the course at two locations in Colorado Springs.
Upon successful completion of the four-hour course, program graduates will receive a certificate that can be presented to their auto insurance agents, entitling them to a discount on monthly premiums!
The course costs $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. Program participants are asked to pay the instructor by cash or check.
