The procedure for negotiating a car accident case is fairly standard. First, you meet with us to discuss what happened, then gather all the necessary documents which we can then use to determine how much your case may be worth. We then issue a demand letter to the attorneys and insurance company for the defendant. They will then review our demands and issue a response, typically countering with a lowball offer. From there, we will continue to negotiate on your behalf until we reach an offer that is aligned with what you deserve. While the need to take a car accident case to court is rare, if it turns out that this is what is needed to fight for the compensation you’re owed, we will be ready to do so. Either way, we’ll do all of the hard work for you so you can focus your time and energy on recovering.
