I was hauling water back and forth up in the mountains west of Trinidad and I was getting ready to leave and, coming down a mountain road, the brakes failed on the vehicle. I got a hold of Heuser & Heuser, went in and had an interview with the attorney. It felt like a big brother had just stepped in to take care of me. It was like a load of bricks off of me because I knew I was going to get what I needed medically, emotionally, and financially. My case is settled now.
