Heuser & Heuser, LLP has represented injured people across Southern Colorado since 1996. For over three decades, our attorneys have handled thousands of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death cases. The firm was founded by brothers Gordon and Barkley Heuser, who were born and raised here in Colorado Springs. This is their community and that mindset always shaped how they practice law.
Today, Heuser & Heuser is a generational firm led by founder Gordon Heuser and his nephew Brennan Heuser. Brennan is also a Colorado Springs native who enlisted in the military and served with Army Special Operations as a PSYOP sergeant. He completed multiple combat deployments to Pakistan and Afghanistan. That service built a firsthand understanding of serious injury and problem solving in high stakes environments.
Partner Shannon Colt brings a perspective that is also genuinely rare. Shannon spent years working as a paralegal, building a ground-level command of case management, documentation, and procedure that most lawyers simply never acquire.
