
Colorado law considers any driver impaired if they have a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08% or higher.
The impaired BAC level in Colorado for drivers under 21 and commercial drivers are even lower:
- Drivers under 21 are impaired in Colorado with a BAC of 0.02% or more.
- Commercial drivers are considered impaired in Colorado with a BAC of 0.04% or more
