Brennan Dale Heuser is a Colorado Springs native who enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2007, qualifying for Psychological Operations and serving with the 4th PSYOP Group under U.S. Army Special Operations Command. As a NCOIC with SOC-FWD-PAK, he led missions throughout the tribal frontier region of Pakistan alongside special operations teams. He later deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, on a MIST team at the U.S. Embassy. He earned the Combat Action Badge, Airborne qualification, and achieved professional proficiency in Farsi and Dari at the JFK Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg.
Brennan’s PSYOP background built a rare skillset—reading people, influencing outcomes, and analyzing complex situations—that he now applies in the legal field. He has handled hundreds of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, securing results through determination, precision, and relentless advocacy for his clients.
He earned an M.A. in Political Warfare from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C., and a J.D. from the University of Denver. Before practicing law, he also worked at the U.S. Department of State, and at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies in D.C.
Outside of work, Brennan enjoys watching football, spending time with family, church, and listening to music. He reads and studies philosophy, history, and geopolitics out of a constant desire to learn, understand the world, and explore new ideas.
