Once you’ve been released from care with the doctor, you’re generally looking at maybe two or three months to settle the case. We put together your case, and we provide documentation to the insurance companies so they know we’re willing to go to trial. Most of the time, the insurance company will pay fair value for your case within three months after you’re done with treatment.
